Cool toned People
Are those whose skin undertone resonates with silver jewellery/metal.
They have a deep rose/pink skin undertone and wear what we traditionally think of as the cool, winter and summer season colours that also resonate with silver. Make-up foundation must have a rose tone to it rather than a warm, suntanned orangey tone. They are no-nonsense, practical and unfussy.

Dark cool people wear only two colours at any one time, unless their base colour is with white then they can wear a third power colour. Winters will always look stunning in black but not necessarily wear it up under their chin, it is overpowering, a vee neck is better.
Teachers and those who want to be approachable will look for alternatives to black, being black navy, raisin brown, charcoal, burgundy matched with one other colour. A lot to learn!

Black is too harsh for these gorgeous people and they need charcoal, mid navy, mid raisin brown, taupes for base colours then add their brights. They can wear three colours together easily and patterns are floral, curved, neat spots. Gathered sleeves, waists, rounded collars and hemlines all add to the softness aid these capable people to look professional and at ease, approachable and comfortable.
